Report AI-Generated Content
If you encounter AI-generated flashcards that are unsafe, offensive, deceptive, or clearly incorrect, please report them.
- Use the in-app reporting or support option if it is available to you
- Or email [email protected] with the subject line AI Content Report
- Include the topic, what went wrong, and a screenshot if possible
Reports help us investigate individual issues and improve the safeguards used for future generations.

Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Open the deckstr app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
This removes your account and associated app data from our systems, including your profile, playlists, and saved study history, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
You can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will let you know if we need to retain any limited records for compliance purposes.
Note: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
